1. Shipping Destinations
- We ship to most locations within India.
- International shipping is available for select products and regions.
- Products running on batteries and products having liquid material are prohibited to send via air parcel.
- Contact us for details on availability.
- Depending on weight of your parcel, we may use one of the following shipping options -
- DHL
- FEDex International
- India post Service via Foreign Post office
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within two business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and the chosen shipping method.
- Speed post/courier within India takes 3 days to reach, whereas regular post post takes 7 days to reach.
- International Courier may take 10-12 days for Air parcel and 30 days via sea.
- Delays caused by unforeseen events such as weather, customs, or courier issues are beyond our control, but we will work to minimize them.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary based on location, weight, and order value. Final shipping costs will be shared on the customer's email ID, WatsApp or any other contact details given.
- Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a specific value, as per ongoing promotions only.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
6. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
7. Points to remember while selecting products and shipping method
- All shipping time frames are based on normal business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Please note that parcels can not be delivered to a P.O. Box. A physical adress is needed in order to use any shipping method.
- For International Shipping, we are required to include a Customs Declaration form describing the contents and value of the package. Many countries impose import duties and taxes. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control
- Please be sure to research the customs procedures in your country before making your purchase.
